I'm on a couple of consumer panels related to Mass Health and disability, and I'm going to begin bringing up this issue. If the companies are making contracts with state and Federal health programs, they are supposed to be ADA compliant.

They are already getting in trouble for this -- not enough trouble, imho. Simply "firing" the drivers that refuse to take service dogs is insufficient.
