Low numbers of women and members of minority groups, and as for actualy PWD? it's a crazy concept, isn't it? It's also really easy to lock PWD out of this profession, due to the high price of courses, and the qualifying exams, plus fulfill the prerequisite that one must be getting paid for doing the job, but before one is certified.
