Where did they move the insert key to on the Microsoft Surface Go laptop?

I love my little laptop but, as a Jaws user, it is kind of a nuisance that the designers put the power button where the insert key typically goes, to the left of the delete key.

While Jaws can use the caps lock key in the laptop configuration as a meta key, there are a lot of keyboard commands that only work with the insert key.

I'm currently using a USB keyboard plugged into the laptop, but the more I think about it, the more it drives me crazy.

Can anyone find a picture on the web which indicates where they hid the insert key?

I already had to call the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk once this week, and I would rather not call them again if I can avoid it.

*lol* Thank you for looking this up for me! And it was an adventure, but I think this worked! Initially, I was doing some fancy typing and tapping, but then I remembered to double tap the Fn key to reset the function of some keys, and that worked to change the delete key to the insert key.

However, that means every two-key Jaws command on the keyboard would become a three-key command, while the three-key commands would become four-key commands, and that way madness lies, so I think I will stay with plugging my USB keyboard into the laptop. It's a compact kayboard, so it has the same footprint as the laptop.

The latest iOS on iPad swapped the "numbers" and "emoji" metakeys and I haven't been able to remap my fingers in months.

So the Mac has a deep, system-level keyboard re-assignment tool, called Karabiner-Elements https://karabiner-elements.pqrs.org

Looks like the Windows equivalent is AutoHotKey https://www.autohotkey.com

The issue is, I really loathe remapping keys, because then I have to remember what I remapped. and I am a really bad blind person, with a really bad memory, and everytime I have to remember something new, it adds a new item to my cognitive load, and it takes a while to embed it in memory, so I mostly don't remap keys. Really, just learning new keys, as in the *many* new key commands I am learning during the Carroll Center web tester course, is a major cognitive load. Also, I'm learning Excel. My brain is feeling pretty ambivalent regarding whether it hates me or loves me right about now.

So. Many. Keyboard. Commands.
