Can't resist the urge to edit, though. I learned from the HBO miniseries Generation Kill that some weaponry is routinely operated by two soldiers: one to provide targeting info, and the other to push the button.
So when someone draws this cartoon for us, perhaps the wheelchair user can assist with targeting?
