From the one illustration, it looks seriously difficult to wriggle into it--if the wearer is truly mobility-challenged. Also, besides having a grey head sticking up from the suit, they don't illustrate it on something that looks like an elderly--let alone a disabled--body.
But I agree: the real market has to be cosplayers!

Besides, I think a far more achievable solution to people becoming home bound due to mobility issues is to reduce/remove the stigma against using the mobility aids we already have. And to improve the physical accessibility of our neighborhoods.

(Let's have more telethons & awareness marches for accessibility, and fewer for cures!)

When I saw it, I immediately thought, "It's a medical miracle! Not only does it make the halt walk, it makes the zaftig svelte! I'll take three."
