new complete translation of _Carmina Burana_

I am really lusting after this book

which is not available in e-format, although a reviewer claims that an extra when you buy the paper book is a downloadable version.

As the format being used for the downloadable files is PDF, which has about a fifty-fifty chance of being accessible with my screenreader program, I am wondering if anyone has bought this book and tried out the downloadable content, specifically, is the PDF just image files, and does it have the highest setting of DRM attached, which locks out screen readers?

Come the revolution, all those aging baby boomers will be rioting with white canes and wheelchairs, bashing oblivious Web site designers in the knees and running over their toes, and you and I will be in our glory, my friend.

In my experience, Amazon is still much better than Barnes and Noble, whose Web site is still amazingly inaccessible in parts (I can't reliably attempt to buy something and end up with precisely what I wanted to put in my cart, for instance). For this book, B&N had a note with a buried link a level or so further down which said "Request this book in Nook format from the publisher," which turned out to be the equivalent of the easy-to-find link that Amazon includes which says "Tell the publisher you would like to read this on the Kindle."

Also, this book seems to have been independently published by the author, and those books tend to have less info because, I believe, the authors frequently do not think to include as much information about the book as experienced publishers would.
