Intriguing!

I'm guessing that, as with most RP folks, she lost her sight slowly. This would mean she would have developed her visual cortex adequately to serve as an interface to the computer hardware.

Start snark: Why don't they have a picture of her in the article? Instead they have a wire frame bust with a CGI telescope-like-thing in one of the eye sockets. On the other hand, she is featured in the video news release, describing her involvement.
