Mmmm -- pralines. Did you whip those up yourself or find them on the world wide mall?

Neither--Alexx got me pralines made in New Orleans and then shipped by two-day mail for Christmas, and I still have many left. There is a tin and each praline is individually wrapped.

Mmm. I'm actually drooling. Better go take a nap -- I'm going to my "Yoga for Nerds" class. It's called Feldenkrais and it's wonderful! I'm hoping to make a raving! post about it sooner rather than later.

I look forward to hearing more about yoga for nerds--yoga is one of the few types of exercise which I both feel I have the energy for and is not going to be too hard on my arthritic joints. Recently I've been trying to atleast do deep breathing a few times a day, and I do the corpse pose in the evening. I love the fact that it is also easily adapted for people in wheelchairs.
