Searching for an English translation of _Jungle of Light: Meditations on Seeing_ by Michal Ajvaz

It's listed by its English title by Amazon, but I've found no such book searching with either Google or WorldCat. I'm hoping my friends who are knowledgeable regarding European literature and/or the literature of the fantastic will be more informative. His book on Borges, _The Dreams of Grammars_, sounds pretty intriguing, also.
