Date: 2011-09-10 12:36 am (UTC)My MacBook Pro (aluminum) is encased in a SPECK case — around 1/4 inch of rigid plastic covered with a non-slip surface in a cheery red. Makes it much easier to hold, and if I do something extreme, a new case at $50 is better than a new computer at $more.
