Wow. The BBC is usually better than this. Oh well. I'm trying to skip getting involved in anything that will make me annoyed or stressed, as I really just want to be calm and rested for surgery tomorrow. Of course, I've already flouted that resolution twice today, the first in trying to cancel an order I placed to one of those awful independent living aids places, where I placed an order on Dec. 31, got a confirmaiton e-mail, and have heard nothing since. Of course, PWD don't really expect service as good as able-bodied folks expect. Maybe I should gjust get offline and fo ginish reading _Murder Must Advertise_; a nice clean murder or two is so much more upbeat.
