MIT Fact Sheet on Monkeybox: not accessible to screen reader users

I can't figure out how this Fact Sheet is even formatted: can someone explain it to me? Is it a series of graphics? Usually my screen reader would identify graphics if they were present, but this seems to be questions which go to links which go....back to the questions?

It’s pure text; I can look at the HTML source code later and try to figure out what they did to break screen readers, but it’s not at all obvious. (I can also copy and paste the content if you want it.)

Yeah, it's an accordion menu so as a sighted user I can click the question and it expands for the answer. These things have been around for ages and there's no excuse for them not working with a screen reader. SIGH.

Okay, it's basically poorly-accessible webpage design. The first questions, for example, that asks about symptoms and links to the second question, which is a heading, that asks about symptoms, that second question is also a link, but it is not marked as a link, so I didn't realize that I am supposed to click on it, and then I will get to the part that actually talks about symptoms.
