Sweaters
I don't know what happened--maybe my room intersects with an alternate dimension--but I used to have a pile of sweaters suitable for wearing indoors, and now I have three, and one of them recently got eaten by the aerye, and neither of the other two are black.
So if anyone is wondering what I would like for a holiday gift: black sweaters or hoodies suitable for wearing indoors would be sincerely appreciated.
And if any of the alien beings from that alternate dimension who are wearing my sweaters intend on sending them back: please wash them first.

Size? Cotton, wool, polarfleece, silk, paper bags?
My former brother-in-law attempted to attend lunch at the Boston Ritz without a tie, and was turned away. My sister used her origami skills to make one out of a paper bag.

But ha! that's one for the crafters who, imo, are just another flavor of hacker.
Materials: light wool, merino is good, I'm allergic to the fluffy stuff that comes from rabbits and goats and such, heavier cotton is also good. I like things that are machine washable, and then I air dry them. That does kind of leave paper bags out, I think, though the miracles of modern materials constantly leaves me agog.
Size: I usually get something with a 40 chest, since that is just a size or so larger but I don't swim in it.
I have a nifty polar fleece hoodie I got from Salem but that's just a little too warm for indoors unless I am having a fibro day, in which case it is lovely.

Did you read any of the Meg Landslow mysteries I sent you? The last few, the one that mentions penguins int he title, and the one which mentions swans, have llamas in them. I love the llamas. I wonder if they are that intelligent and mischievous in the hoof.
