Just in case it wasn't clear, I think I should clarify that the $12 price is for a small fridge magnet map (about five inches square). Larger is pricier, maxing out at $350 for the largest standard size (about two hundred inches square).
I'm sure he could do a map of the topography of your neighborhood, but his maps don't generally include any human-built structures like roads or buildings, just the natural slopes of the landscape. I could ask if that's something he's considering adding to his repertoire.
