I just received a reminder for a webinar on "Food vs. Mood" that I signed up for weeks ago, and the info for the start time was incomplete: the time zone was completely missing.
So I grumbled and went off to the event webpage and, again, no time zone.
Then I remembered that I signed up for this webinar through the Boston Public Library, and that it was being sponsored by a local group, so they probably assumed that I would know that it was in the same time zone.
Even two months ago I was grumbling every time I had to convert a webinar time into EST, and now I'm grumbling if someone assumes we're in the same time zone.
Oh, and space has also become relative: I love bumping into housemates when I'm in the kitchen and saying, "I'm not really here, I'm actually at a convention in Madison/California/whereever."
