Strawberry fields
Jun. 13th, 2011 11:11 amOkay, so we actually have just one somewhat small field of strawberries in front of our house but, according to Alexx's strawberry report, it's out of control, so people should feel free to come by and pick strawberries.
Also of note is the fact that various birds and squirrels hang out around the strawberries, so this could make a great spot for would-be photographers to get pictures of urban wildlife. There are also some crows of unusual size which sometimes hang about and yell at me when I walk out into the back yard (crows and kestrels have this rivalry thing going so we are obligated to hassle each other when we meet).
