And it was all I could do to keep from howling "No!" from the bottom of my lungs. I hate, hate, hate, streetlamps -- going in and out of bright circles of light, my eyes never get the chance to adjust to the natural light that is actually there, so it makes me so much more nervous to try and travel through a "well-lit" neighborhood. And since my dad's died five years ago, I've no longer had an escape to the country to get away from street lights.
Okay, yes. That's probably TMI.
