Lovely! The Cooper's hawks were the ones inside the Library of Congress last year!

I'm curious how similar these are to kestrels--the size and coloring sounds very similar, as does the suitability to urban environments, although I think kestrells eat fewer songbirds, though they do eat songbirds.
