Jesse, I am *so* sorry for forgetting that it was you who gave me that book to begin with! I've spent the week in a daze of wondering where many of these books came from, and coming to grips that I am definitely a book hoarder, because quite a number of these books must have been bought at least five or siz years ago and then squirreled away, never to see the light or my squirrely fingertips again.
