Am I the only one who is wondering how they get the mice to wear those Jordie-like glasses?

Hello. This is not really a reply to this comment, though blindness is relevant. I was sent here by londo, when I posted in my blog (bleemoo.livejournal.com) the following question:

"Does anyone have any recommendations for novels, stories, or poems written from the perspective of blind characters? Or for well-written autobiographies of blind people? A friend of mine is looking for stuff to read in preparation for NaNoWriMo."

He said you call yourself the blind bookworm, so I thought you'd be a good person to ask. Thanks!
